With comprehensive refurbishment underway this centrally located office building was reintroduced to the market initially via a quirky pocket sized booklet, featuring minimal text, photography and a selection of cgi’s showing how the building would look post construction.
To support this, a website was created, offering access to the booklet and a fast paced film highlighting the building’s location and the excellent amenities on hand.
