The transformation of a landmark office building afforded the opportunity to use augmented reality in the marketing campaign.
Via a custom built App and augmented reality, potential occupiers were able to view space planning options and interior design schemes by simply hovering over elements of the brochure with their tablet or smartphone. Floor graphics installed in the marketing suite provided a similar experience for those viewing the building.
To capitalise on the building’s many advantages a pocket book was produced highlighting 40 reasons why 40 Torphichen Street represents an excellent choice of business location.
A scrolling website incorporating sliding panels mimicked the 40 Reasons booklet with the “Business life begins at 40” strapline appearing on the home page.
