Located in Musselburgh, this unique development delivers contemporary office space set within stunning historic stone buildings beside the River Esk.
A new brand, website and promotional material were required to market the suites on offer.
Taking inspiration from the site’s past, formerly home to a world-renowned net making factory that serviced the fishing industry, we developed a typographic logo that referenced the knots used in the manufacture of nets. Beyond this, a pattern was created, that again hinted at the site’s history, with both elements utilised throughout the marketing collateral.
Our client was keen to convey the uniqueness of the location and the up-to-the-minute fit out of the available suites, so a clean, modern website was created that highlights both the quality of the available accommodation and the fascinating history of Eskmills.
Given the highly photogenic nature of Eskmills, a shoot was commissioned in order that the website could be image led. To emphasise the business community element of the development many of the photographs featured existing tenants in their working environments, which provided an interesting contrast to the historic images featuring net manufacturing.
